Toyota's new Corolla pickup truck approaches launch in the Brazilian market

A Toyota is determined to make up for lost time in the Brazilian market. Reason for the Name “Corolla Pickup”

The designation “Corolla pickup” arises due to the platform shared with Toyota's sedan and SUV, known as TNGA. This strategic decision allows the company to optimize resources and share parts between different models, reducing costs and streamlining the production process. According to sources from Auto Secrets, the new pickup must share components such as the hood, front fenders and front doors with the brand's SUV.

Hybrid Technology and Performance

One of the most anticipated aspects of the Corolla pickup truck is its hybrid engine. Toyota plans to adopt a system PHEV flex, an evolution of the engine used in the RAV4, recently launched in Brazil.
